The cost of a Habitat Kansas City home is determined by many factors: lot size and location, total home square footage, number of bedrooms, etc. On average our homes cost around $90,000 to build. 

We offer 20-30 year mortgages, depending on a family's income. You will pay a monthly mortgage to Habitat KC with no interest. Property taxes and homeowners insurance are built into each mortgage.  This is explained to partner families in greater detail during their education classes, but if you have any questions they can be directed to our Director of Family Services.
